ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to WholesaleLinensSupply.com. We strive for fair, prompt and straight-forward customer service. We work with our customers to make sure that the products they order are the type and size our customers need. We stand behind the stated quality of our products, but we cannot be responsible for our customers ordering incorrect sizes, colors or types of products. We will always work with our customers to make sure they receive the best possible product, at aggressive prices and as quickly as possible subject to the following terms and conditions.
The following Terms of Service, may be updated by us from time to time without notice. These terms apply to all orders with Wholesale Linens Supply whether made by fax, e-mail, phone or purchase order.
TERMS:
We will make all reasonable efforts to ship your products by the dates you request, but we cannot be responsible for unforeseen delays out of our control such as weather, freight carrier problems and backordered materials.
Payment Terms - we accept most credit cards, checks, check by fax and electronic funds transfer by wire or other available electronic means.
A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
CONDITIONS:
Orders will be processed as received.
Verbal orders are considered firm.
Changes or cancellations must be made the same day order is placed and are subject to production approval. We understand that circumstances change and we will work with you to make changes after the date of the order. But we cannot always make changes after the product is ordered and we and may apply an upcharge to defray any costs we incur as a result.
Changes or cancellation on rush orders are not accepted.
Any additions will be entered as a new order and may be shipped separately.
Orders for custom sizes and specialty items cannot be cancelled once in production.
Wholesale Linens Supply is not responsible for typographical errors.
Please understand that the price of materials vary often; therefore, our prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
RETURNS:
We work with all of our customers to make sure they order and receive the correct products for their needs. In the event we ship defective merchandise we will work with our customers to arrange for replacement of the defective products or return, at our discretion.
No returns on used or laundered merchandise.
No refunds will be issued for products described as Irregular, Seconds or any condition other than first quality.
All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.
All returns subject to approval.
No returns will be processed without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
50% re-stocking fee will be charged on standard sizes and colors.
Cut to order, crafted and/or Custom goods are not returnable. Such items include non-stock sizes, colors, items that are cut and sewed or are crafted or made at the request of the customer.
All table linens, comforters, mattress pads and non-standard sizes or colors of bed linens are crafted per order and are considered "Custom."
Purchaser, at purchaser's expense shall be responsible for the return of all approved product to our warehouse in St. Louis (63103).
